Yasaka Mark V 30 deg Review |
This rubber is similar to the famous Mark V, but with a
much softer sponge. The soft sponge gives it more spin potential and
also adds to control. On flat hits the sponge tends to 'bottom out'
giving it great speed as you're hitting virtually with the blade. Not
recommended for developing players as the very forgiving rubber can let
you get away with poor technique.This rubber
has been very popular with those that speed glue/tune/boost the rubber,
as this causes it to produce a big increase in speed and spin, with
little reduction on control (depending on the stroke you play).
